1. Return Eligibility
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved
within 2 days
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated and Credited within 10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 24 hours of delivery at care@ebaxxa.com with photos of the product and packaging.
4. Free Pickup
We’ll arrange free pickup for all approved returns within Bengaluru, Karnataka

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement only.
- After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
- Customized/personalized products and discounted products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation by Ebaxxa
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Full refund will be issued in such cases.

1. Dispatch Timelines
- Processing Time – Normal orders are delivered within 4-5 business days. Customized products: 5–10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone
2. Delivery Timelines
- After dispatch, delivery takes 4–6 business days depending on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.

While we aim for timely delivery, external factors like courier delays or weather disruptions may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
